• Pastel paste / gel colours are highly concentrated icing colourings specially formulated to create true pastel shades
• made in the UK by Sugarflair - the world's top icing colour specialists
• perfect for sugarpaste, royal icing, buttercream, marzipan, flower and modelling pastes, cake mixes, pastry, cocktails etc
• approx 25g nett
• add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up shade
• mix with other paste colours for infinite range of shades
• BBE normally at least 12 months, often longer
• ingredients: glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, colours E171 & E102
• suitable for vegetarians
• nut free - fat free - GM free - gluten free
• certified Kosher - suitable for Halal although not yet certificated
• customers wishing to avoid alcohol can use water to thin but this will take longer to dry and won't give as good a finish
• known as "pastes" in the UK and "gels" in the USA - same products
